Ingen splicing, ingen multitracking.

### Notater fra [[12024-01-14]]
Inspired by dogme movies: next year is the 30 year anniversary of [Dogme95](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dogme_95), and so this is Dogme25.
Lars von Trier and Thomas Vinterberg saved cinema. We're saving music.
But what should the rules be? Any rules you make, the listener should be able to verify. For example, "any instrument in the song must be present throughout" would be one such rule. "Everything has to be done in the first take" is not verifiable to the listener, and so doesn't make sense as a rule.
#### Rules
1. Releases have a sole creator.
1. Performing is writing.
2. There are no individuals in a band. Everyone shares equal credit.
2. Music is performed. No MIDI, no samples.
3. Music is played by people. There are no more than five instruments in a song.
4. Music is for the listener.
1. Instruments are panned according to the audience's perspective.
2. Mono is allowed.
3. Alternativt: no panning allowed? Altså, alt er mono,
4. Hva skal overskriften i så fall være?
1. Music is whole?
2. Music is one?
3. Music is a unit?
4. Music is monolithic?
5. Music exists in a context. Any reverb is applied to the master track only.
6. Music happens in the moment.
1. No splicing. Tracks are recorded whole.
2. Tracks are recorded with effects on. No post-production.
7. Songs are a diary.
1. The musician works fast because they know that feelings are fickle.
2. A release represents a moment in time: it is recorded whole, not assembled.
3. A release is no less than 15 and no more than 25 minutes in length.
8. Music speaks for itself.
1. A release is accompanied by a single photograph and no text.
