We list the occurrences where something went wrong here: 1. On page 5, MI-GapCDH* should be typeset with a hyphen, not an m-dash, and without spaces (applies to 3 instances). 2. On page 19, (n, kappa)-IND-CCA should be typeset in normal font (not italics), without spaces and using hyphens rather than m-dashes. 3. On page 24, MI-GapCDH should not be in italics. 4. On page 10, a space is missing leading into the final parenthesis before Theorem 1: "... algorithm(see the full version for the proof)." Similarly on page 15 (before Lemma 1), page 16 (bottom of the page, before Theorem 3), page 17 (before Theorem 4), and page 22 (before Theorem 7). 5. The alignment of Fig. 4 in your proof differs from our originally supplied PDF. We don't quite understand why, but we prefer ours, i.e. where the Experiment on the left-hand side lines up with the upper Oracle on the right hand side. Furthermore, in the section header to section 4.3, (Tag)XEM should be typeset without a space after the parenthesis (as we are referring to both the notion of a XEM and a TagXEM). Finally, we noticed you were kind enough to add references to the online version for colour figures. However, we would prefer if you could indeed typeset "Colour" rather than the current "Color", to ensure consistency with British English spelling used throughout (see e.g. "behaviour", p.6).
